Return, refund & exchange policy

 

SunClayTherapy has based its reputation on its high quality products and services. But if for any reasons, you are not satisfied with a product and want to return or exchange it, we offer the option to refund your purchase (less shipping costs) or exchange it (withing the US territories ONLY) with a similar product or a product of the same value.

Refund or exchange policy only applies for a maximum of 2 product-units per order (1 unit = 1 box OR 1 tube OR 1 soap bar OR 1 bag of bulk product, etc). If the request for refund or exchange applies for more than 2 product-units, the order cancellation policy is applied.

 

Return & refund request: As soon as the buyer receives the product, he/she has 3 days after the reception of the products (verified with the tracking number) to send us an e-mail (at info@sunclaytherapy.com) to inform us of the reason of his/her disatisfaction. The product has to be sent back to us within 5 business days (US postal services's stamp as a proof of the shipment day) from the day the refund request was sent. The shipping costs for the return are at the charge of the buyer. Any products that are not sent within the 5 business-day period will not be refunded. (US postal services' stamp as a proof of the day of shipment).

As soon as we receive the product back to our warehouse, we will proceed to the refund through PAYPAL or by check. (see refund policy)

Exchange request: We will exchange any product with a similar one or a product with the same value at no charge (except return shipping cost that stays at the charge of the buyer). The exchange policy only applies for a maximum of 2 product-units per order (if there are more than 2 products to exchange, the order cancellation policy is appplied). As soon as the buyer receives the order, he/she has 3 days after reception of the products (veririfed with tracking number) to send us an exchange request by e-mail (at info@sunclaytherapy.com) to inform us of the reason of his/her disatisfaction.
